A Level Options: Sociales Year 13

Entry Requirements

There are no entry requirements for Sociales in the sixth form.

Why study this subject?

Students who might think of going to a Spanish university should have enough preparation to enable them to have an excellent start to their first year: text comprehension, a wide vocabulary, historical knowledge, Spanish literature, "cultura general". Sixth form students will have the opportunity of preparing their entrance to Spanish universities, including private ones.

What will I study and learn?

You will study Spanish History, Art and Geography, general knowledge and Spanish current affairs.

How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed through your attendance (three lessons per week), participation, written exercises, tests (ICADE style).
